CILEGON – The implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) until now has encouraged the Mitsubishi Chemical Group Indonesia, which consists of PT MC PET Film Indonesia (MFI) and PT Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia (MCCI) to help the community and also agencies in the community service sector for the province of Banten.
Located at the Banten Province Manpower and Transmigration Office on Friday, 27 August 2021, aid packages from the Mitsubishi Chemical Group consisted of 10,000 pcs of KN95 masks, 500 bottles of 500 ml Hand sanitizer and also 10 units of disinfectant sprayer received directly by H. Al Hamidi, S. .Sos., M.Si. as Head of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnakertrans) Banten Province. As for the aid packages, it is planned to be distributed to 4 UPTD Labor Inspection with the number of personnel reaching more than 90 people.
"This aid packages is a form of Mitsubishi Chemical Group's Humanitarian Social Responsibility to help solve social problems in the community, especially related to the prevention and control of Covid-19 to the Banten Province Manpower and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans) to assist officers in carrying out PPKM supervision tasks Levels 2 and 3 in Banten Province”, explained Adi Suryadinata as Manager of Administration & Procurement Division of PT MC PET Film Indonesia (MFI).
Mitsubishi Chemical Group Indonesia is not the only time to provide assistance related to the prevention and control of Covid-19 to the community. Previously, Mitsubishi Chemical Group Indonesia had distributed PPE and multivitamin assistance to the Banten Provincial Health Office, Cilegon City Government, Cilegon City Health Office, Grogol Community Health Center and also the Gerem Village community.
Even in the near future, Mitsubishi Chemical Group Indonesia held mass vaccines for 500 people in Grogol District and handed over further PPE assistance to the Cilegon City Health Office and Grogol Health Center.
The Head of the Manpower and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans) of Banten Province greatly appreciates Mitsubishi Chemical Group Indonesia, which is eager to distribute its CSR program to the community through the Banten Province Manpower and Transmigration Office.
